By using Sotaki, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Sotaki is an English accent training app designed for Brazilian Portuguese speakers. The app provides pronunciation exercises, scoring, and progress tracking to help users improve their English accent.
Sotaki offers free access to all levels in the main training path. Premium features, including career-specific pronunciation training, require a paid subscription. Skip test access for individual modules is available as a separate one-time purchase.
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Skip test purchases are one-time, non-refundable payments that unlock the ability to take a skip test for a specific module. If you do not pass the test, you may retry at no additional cost. Passing the test permanently unlocks that module.
You agree to use Sotaki only for its intended purpose of language learning. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app or its content. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All content in Sotaki, including training materials, exercises, user interface design, and scoring algorithms, is the intellectual property of Sotaki and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from the app without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings page. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, progress, and purchase history from our servers. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple.
Sotaki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
